All digital products sold by SANCTA – Catholic Goods for Heart & Home are original works created by SANCTA / Kimberly Bean and are delivered as digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.

By purchasing or downloading a digital product from SANCTA, you agree to the terms outlined below.

What You Will Receive

Each digital product purchase includes:

One print-ready PDF file
One high-resolution PNG file
One SANCTA Digital Artwork License (PDF)

Files are available for download immediately after purchase.

Permitted Use

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Print the artwork for personal use
Print the artwork to create physical products for sale
Resize the artwork only as needed for printing

Resizing is permitted solely for print placement or size. The artwork itself may not be changed.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

Edit, alter, recolor, crop, or modify the artwork
Create derivative works
Apply filters, overlays, or design effects
Remove identifying elements
Claim the artwork as your own
Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the digital files
Upload or sell the files as digital products on any platform
Include the artwork in digital bundles, downloads, or freebies
Use the artwork in systems that allow digital extraction or reuse

Copyright

All artwork remains the exclusive intellectual property of

Copyright ownership is not transferred with purchase.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once files are downloaded.
