Refund & Return Policy

At SANCTA, every item is crafted and packaged with care and prayer. Because each piece is handmade, we take great care to ensure quality and beauty in every detail.

Handmade & Final Sale Items

All SANCTA creations are handmade to order, and as such, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out via our Contact Form within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your submission and, if approved, provide a replacement or a refund as appropriate. In some cases, we may request that the damaged item be returned; if so, we will provide instructions.

Color & Variation Notice

Natural gemstone, glass, and wood beads can vary slightly in color, shape, and pattern. In addition, screen settings may display colors differently. These variations are part of what make each SANCTA creation unique and are not considered defects.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved for a damaged item, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after review (and, if requested, after the return is received and inspected).
