At SANCTA, every order is packaged with prayer and care. Because each item is handmade, we take time to ensure it is crafted beautifully and securely before shipping.
1. Processing Time
Most handmade items are prepared and shipped within 3โ7 business days. During busy seasons, prayer-intention requests, or large custom orders, processing may take a little longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed. We currently ship within the United States. All orders are sent through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, and include tracking information once dispatched.
3. Free Shipping Offer
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on select orders as displayed at checkout. This offer may change or end at any time. Expedited shipping options, if available, will appear at checkout for an additional cost.
4. Delivery Estimates
Standard U.S. delivery usually arrives within 3โ7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that weather, holidays, or postal delays may occasionally extend transit times beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your shipmentโs progress. Please allow 24โ48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us through our Contact Form as soon as possible.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit, but we will gladly help you file a claim or locate your package if an issue occurs.
8. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact Form within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will review your message and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. International Shipping
At this time, SANCTA ships only within the United States. We hope to offer international delivery in the future.
